Nope. Race changing doesn't exist. Unfortunately no. However, level boosts and tomes of knowledge exist so it’s possible to make a new character and boost them to the old character’s level. You lose out on crafting experience and birthday stuff (but you can keep an old character around for those).

. We don't have "permanent" builds in Guild Wars 2. Traits, skills and stats can be changed, so you can be damage dealer, but switch to support role for next fight if needed. It's even easier with Build/Equipment templates where you can store builds and armors — it takes 1 or 2 clicks to change everything. Don't worry about making bad decisions.
On the other hand the French (and I expect the Spanish and Deusch) version is the exact same game with the same difficulty and all. Nope. Find me a retail box copy in China, not imported, with Chinese on the box. There isn't even a Korean version of this game, and NCsoft is the publisher. The game is only officially released in US and Europe.
They used to exist for PvE until Anet implemented the megaserver system. With the one megaserver it just spawns a new copy of any given PvE map once the last copy is full and then closes them once the map empties out. This is why you get those map closing transfer messages sometimes. 8. more reply.
This isn't that significant especially if you have no friends that play Guild Wars 2. The Worlds or servers in the game are merged for the typical gameplay, i.e. open-world, quests, general PVE.
I agree; we need race change. Just make it a requirement to be level 80, so it doesn't affect your personal story. Create a new character and level it to 80 immediately using Tomes of Knowledge. That character would still be at the start of their personal story and yet you have made eligible for "race change".
